PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN CHINA)

Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days. Rates vary based on weight and destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping times vary by destination. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery. Customs clearance may cause additional delays. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to the order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your confirmation email.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at welcome@duobijou.com to inquire about shipping options.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Duo Bijou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other charges) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not liable for products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you by providing necessary documentation upon request.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at welcome@duobijou.com. We will try to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee any changes after the order has been shipped.

RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.
